stop smoking and start exercising

ok its that period of time where i stop my self from smoking to give my lung a break.. also i need to extra work on my weight problem.. i wanna be fit as i used to be... this is something that i have been telling my self to do from early this year.. now 9 month has pass still no result.. one thing about aging is that the older you go the harder to maintain ur health.. dam..if i only have the money i would cryo freeze me ass till they find the way to immortality..
